Devil’s Backbone Eight Point IPA

This beer is a spring vision – a clear, sunny orange-yellow pour that gives rise to a fine, persistent head. Its aroma is full, with intensely tropical, sweet-leaning notes of mango and citrus. On the palate, however, this buck has a bite. It’s piney and resinous, delivering a hop-forward experience that could use a little more malt for balance. Yet, it won’t disillusion those who love that hoppy snap. At 6.2 percent ABV, it’s easy drinking and ideal for spring.
