Maison Marques and Domaines with Guest Speaker Donny Hackett

Over the last 3 decades the company has selected quality and terroir driven, family-owned producers to join their portfolio establishing itself as one of the leading fine wine importers representing some of the best known, iconic brands from both the Old and New World.

Our guest speaker Donny Hackett, Mid-Atlantic Regional Sales Manager for Maison Marques and Domaines, worked for a wine distributor in Washington DC where he found his passion for Champagne and the rich history it offers. This opened the door to work for the best Champagne House, Louis Roederer, and its sales and marketing arm, Maison Marques and Domaines. With his interest in food and wine, Donny explored the world and realized there are no vineyards in bad places.

We will taste 8 wines from MM&D’s world class portfolio as Donny shares his knowledge of the wines and their places of origin. Producers represented will be Louis Roederer, Pio Cesare, Ramos Pinto, Chateau Beausejour, Delas and Marc Bredif.
