The "Say Cheese" Festival is a fundraiser for the International Culinary Arts & Sciences Institute's Scholarship fund. The ICASI Scholarship fund is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization. The event will bring together local cheesemakers, chefs, wineries and breweries all under one roof! Pre-registration is required for this event.
