Adams Reserve Cheddar, Bacon & Egg Soufflé

Pair with Mimosas made with dry Prosecco.

Servings: 4

Preparation time: 25 minutes

1 can Crescent Roll Dough

8 Adams Reserve Cheddar Slices

4 Eggs

8 Bacon Slices, Pre-Cooked

1/2 t Salt

Pinch of Black Pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Whisk the eggs, salt and pepper together and set aside.

Line four buttered soufflé dishes with the dough. Be sure to cover the bottom of the dish. Place a slice of cheese in the bottom of each dish, then pour the eggs between the four dishes. Top with bacon and remaining cheese slices. Place on cookie tray and bake for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
