Distinctive gins = fun cocktails

Nolet’s Silver Lemon Collins
1 oz Nolet’s Silver Dry Gin
4 oz fresh lemonade
1/2 oz elderflower liqueur
1/2 oz simple syrup

Stir ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker and pour into a Collins glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Caipi-G
1-3/4 oz Bols Genever
lime wedges
2 tsp cane sugar

Half-fill a short drink glass with lime wedges and add sugar. Crush the lime and sugar with a muddler. Add crushed ice and Bols Genever and stir the drink with a long spoon or bar spoon. Top with crushed ice.

Martinez
This classic cocktail was popular in the 1800s. Still tastes good today.

1 oz Ransom Old Tom Gin
1 oz dry vermouth
1/4 tsp Curacao or other orange liqueur
1 dash orange bitters

Stir with cracked ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry.
