An Evening with Champagne Canard Duchene

Join The Black Pig and the Wine houses of Thienot and Champagne Canard Duchene for two unique tastings. Seperate tickets required.

First
A champagne happy hour featuring Canard-Duchene. The house of Canard – Duchene, founded in 1868, produces elegant champagnes with Pinot Noir taking the lead in the cuvees. Learn about these wines from Canard-Duchene’s wine experts. The Tasting will consist of 3 wines and be accompanied by light Hors d’oeuvres. Tickets will be $36 Per Guest, and will be limited to 30 tickets. 6pm – 7:15pm. Tax and Gratuity Included.

Second
A five course dinner accompanied by reserve champagne cuvees and still wines from the Thienot Family. Explore the terroir driven wines of Dourthe in Bordeaux and a rose champagne from Thienot. Last but not least, Canard-Duchene’s Charles VII Grandes Cuvees, a stunning Blanc de Blanc and Blanc de Noir to round out the selection. Each wine will be paired with a dish from The Black Pig kitchen. Tickets will be $112, and will be limited to 38 seats. 7:30pm – 9:30pm. Tax and Gratuity Included.
