Chef’s Garden veggies go from garden to glass for this beverage-themed event featuring craft cocktails and non-alcoholic “mocktails.”
In addition to vegetables, The Culinary Vegetable Institute mixologist Liz Studer will shake things up with botanical ingredients such as herbs, edible flowers and leaves as raw materials for imaginative, one of a kind drinks.
Small plates inspired by the drinkable ingredients will be served alongside each featured beverage. Wine pairings are available at an additional cost.
