Take 3 weekends (Fridays and Saturdays ) to travel this self-driving tour along the Lake Erie Shores & Islands Trail in northwest Ohio. At a designated winery you will receive a Christmas wreath. At each participating winery, you will receive complimentary appetizers, samples of wines, and an ornament for your wreath.
