Earth to Table: Quarry Hill Orchards

The Culinary Vegetable Institute (CVI) in Milan, will welcome the Gammie family of Quarry Hill Orchards for our third annual gathering, to share their story and lessons learned on a family farm. CVI Chef Jamie Simpson and team will prepare a multi-course dinner served family style. Platters of ripened peaches and summer apples plucked from the Quarry Hill orchard, along with tomatoes, squash, beans and several more summer selections from The Chef’s Garden will be on the menu. Crafted cocktails and wine pairings will be available.
