Celebrate Ice Wine with us… Make ice wine-infused truffles with the BOM! You’ll use a ‘no cook’, ‘no bake’ method to make Adult Truffles with your favorite Debonné ICE WINE. You’ll receive a glass of wine when you arrive AND a sample of Cherry Bourbon, Vidal Blanc or Riesling Ice Wine that you’ll use to infuse your truffles and enjoy during the workshop. The BOM will bring all of the dry ingredients, tools and supplies that you will need to make & box your truffles.
Each guest will make & take home 20 truffles, less any that you may eat along the way.
