Just what are “Natural Wines”? We hear much about the natural way of producing wines, but is there a clear definition of what that really means, or is anyone regulating it? Join us as Maggie Harrison, Certified Wine Specialist, sheds light on what it means to be “natural”, and presents some very good examples of naturally made wines. Natural wines DO NOT need to be cloudy, unstable or funky!! (includes a great selection of cheeses and crackers)
