How to Taste and Talk Wine.

Shopping for wine can be intimidating and overwhelming. Finding wines that are perfect for you begins with expressing those characteristics that appeal to you most. Through a special sensory exercise followed by a wine tasting, this course explores the key components of wine. Learn what we mean by acidity, body, tannin, sweetness and flavors/aromas – and see how these attributes manifest themselves in a selection of six wines. Perfect for those new to wine or with some knowledge and looking to build upon it.
