First Course– Lyric by Etude Santa Barbara Pinot Noir. Sous vied Pork Belly, bourbon, pepper and beet chutney. Wilted greens.
Second Course- The “Waymaker” Paso Robles Red Blend. Seared scallop, bacon jam, risotto roasted vegetable.
Third Course- Luminus Oak Knoll Chardonnay. Corn bread stuffed pasture raised chicken with herb white bean and spätzle
Fourth Course- St Hubert’s “The Stag” Cabernet Sauv. Local Bison Steak with our stag wine demi reduction, Rosemary truffle potatoes.
Fifth Course- Beringer Brothers Bourbon Barrel Red. Vanilla bean, mocha mousse with an orange biscotti
