The Chef’s Garden summer squash are snappy and tender enough to enjoy raw in crudite, yet strong enough to apply to any cooking method. Nutty, fresh and sweet as can be. That is why Culinary Vegetable Institute Chef Jamie Simpson and team will create a 6-course dinner utilizing every stage of the squash’s life. From appetizers and cocktails, all the way thru to dessert. You are invited to experience this event, July 25th , 2020. Reserve your seat and grab a fork to enjoy yourself!
