Wine and Cheesecake

Slice, a local Columbus, OH business owned by Brandon Terrell has been perfecting the art of cheesecake making for 5 years! He is introducing his cheesecakes to the public and Camelot is pairing them with wine! He puts a new twist on the classic by creating a lighter version. His cheesecakes are sold in a few restaurants in the Columbus area, Camelot is partnering with him on this very tasty event!

Weekend in New York – Classic New York style flavor with a texture that is lighter and fluffier

Baristas Guilty Pleasure – Sweet bourbon caramel flavor with a hint of espresso. The texture is more of a whipped cream cheese

Banana Dream – Spot on ripe banana flavor, using real bananas, with a pleasant natural creaminess

The scratch-made crust helps round out all the flavors of the cheesecakes and adds a wonderful texture!
