Women, Wine & Web Design (Cleveland)

[INTRO] 15 min.

Introduction of coding concepts and fundamentals using Visual Studio Code.

[PLANNING] 15 min.

Create a structure for your social media link page. Before you build, it’s important to know what you want to build and how your elements relate. We’ll work together to build individual plans for your link page (i.e. like a LinkTree but made on your own!).

[BUILD] 60 mins

We’ll use HTML and CSS languages for building your page, and you can see your creation in the web browser as you go. You’ll be implementing basic coding principles and lightly styling your page to get it the look and feel you desire.

Then, spend time networking with other like-minded women in Cleveland!

BEFORE THE WORKSHOP

-Create an account with Visual Studio Code.

-Make sure you have Chrome or Firefox installed on your computer.

-Come with an open mind, ready to learn!
