This a true Belgian-style farmhouse saison made by Brewery Ommegang in Cooperstown, New York. Part of the Belgian Duvel family of ales, it pours golden and has a huge frothy head. Its fruity, spicy aromas prepare the palate for apricot, citrus, coriander and ginger flavors. Drink from a goblet to release its rustic aromas and pair with Thai or Indian cuisine.
