This Cleveland brewery is putting out good stuff. Jester, a Belgian-style ale, pours a hazy caramel color – indication that there’s plenty of flavor in store. With good body, it’s got substance to support a rich, dry flavor with notes of dried apricot and coffee beans. A nice five o’clock ale to get the evening off to a good start.
