Avocado Baked with Sushi-Grade Tuna, Topped with Mango Salsa
Place avocado halves and 1-2 ounce cut of tuna on baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and put in an oven at 450 degrees. Cook for about 5 minutes, until the tuna just starts to turn color. Make a salsa from mango, spicy chili, cumin, cilantro, red onion and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper. Top tuna with mango salsa.
