as they preview and present their highly anticipated latest vintage of their esteemed Moscato d’Asti DOCG during an educational and eye-opening MasterClass moderated by award-winning Sommelier and Beverage Director, Jess Rodriguez, recipient of the “America’s Best New Sommeliers” by Wine & Spirits Magazine, Food & Wine Magazine, StarChefs.com, and “Los Angeles-San Diego Rising Stars” who will masterfully explain the versatility and surprising pairings with this ancient grape.

And the best part: experience the most memorable and perfectly balanced food and wine pairing luncheon specially prepared by Charleston’s own Xao Bioa Buiscuit Chef with the signature Asian dishes in a fun, unique atmosphere where Old World wines pop with Charleston’s best Asian menu.
