Stop by and meet owner/winemaker Richard Bruno who will be pouring his wines from Vinum Cellars. Vinum Cellars is a small California Winery known for producing wines of the highest quality. The grapes are selected from premium growing areas within California, and made by hand to allow the varietal character to express itself. Richard pursued his interest in wine by going into the restaurant business in 1985. After deciding to become a winemaker, he attended UC Davis to learn Viticulture & Enology. He was the Director of Winemaking for Don Sebastiani & Sons for eight years and has consulted for various wineries including Niebaum-Coppola and Michael Pozzan Winery in the Napa Valley. Cheeses, crackers and other wine friendly foods will be served. This will be a causal walk-about style tasting, so reservations are not necessary, however, if you will be bringing a group, please let us know.
