Shopping for wine can be intimidating and overwhelming. Finding wines that are perfect for you begins with expressing those characteristics that appeal to you most. Through a special sensory exercise and wine tasting, this course explores the key components of wine. Learn what we mean by acidity, body, tannin, sweetness and flavors/aromas – and see how these attributes manifest themselves in a selection of six wines. Perfect for those new to wine or with some knowledge and looking to build upon it.
Includes all materials: sensory set, wines, imported cheese / gourmet snacks, etc. Taught by WSET® Certified Sommelier David Kusz.
