Winter Blues? Easy Warm Recipes (and Paired Wines)

Baby it’s cold outside. Which makes it a great time to light a fire and settle in with these easy-to-make recipes. With the right soup to warm your bones—paired with the perfect wine—you may wish the winter months would stick around just a little bit longer.

Leek & Potato Soup

Both leeks and potatoes are plentiful in Irish cooking. This recipe requires just four ingredients (plus salt and pepper) to create a perfect dish for the cold winter months.
