Makes 3 Cups
Total Time 25 minutes
Prep time 10 minutes

8 oz cream cheese

1 lb lump crab meat

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/3 cup hot sauce (Texas Pete or Franks Red Hot)

1 cup Adams Reserve Cheddar, shredded

1/4 cup scallions, sliced thin

Heat oven to 450°F. Place crab meat in mixing bowl and set aside.

In mixer, whip cream cheese until fluffy. Mix in cheddar, ranch and hot sauce. Pour cheese mix over crab meat and gently fold together with crab meat, being careful not to break up lumps. Pour mix into oven-proof gratin dish and bake 15 minutes until bubbly. Top with scallions, serve warm with favorite chips, crackers or crusade.
