Finally, after nurturing our Crimson Cabernet planting for the past 8 years, we are ready to release our first vintage of “NOCTURNE”, a 100% dry Crimson Cab. This fairly new grape varietal is a cross between Cabernet Sauvignon and Norton, yielding a black as night dry red with tart cherry and berry forward, medium tannins and a lively mid-palate. Pair these attributes with a soft oakey finish, and you have a winner, best paired with pork medallions or pasta with red sauce. $1 samples – $20/bottle.
We are also releasing our 2022 Courante (Black Currant Dessert Wine). Think “American Cassis”.
So stop by, celebrate this nation’s independence, and enjoy the soft and melodious sounds of The Encore Trio, a Cincinnati and Harmony Hill favorite.
Remember, The Hill is a picnic venue, so feel free to bring what you want to eat.
