Last year the event raised over 95K for the Columbus landmark with proceeds benefitting everything from daily market operations to programming to free community events and festivals. According to North Market Executive Director Rick Harrison Wolfe, “The gala is a true celebration of the diversity of the market. Attendees will have the opportunity to sample from the vast array of our local best-in-class merchants including newcomers Destination Donuts and Hot Chicken Takeover, all while taking in the eclectic atmosphere filled with entertainment, a live auction, local celebrity appearances and more.”
The evening will be full of excitement from dancing to the music of local reggae favorite, The Ark Band to a nightcap set with DJ Patrick. The emcees for the evening are Kristyn Hartman from 10TV and local personality Johnny DiLoretto.
Guests are encouraged to wear a creative apron and take part in the ever popular Aprons on Parade contest where contestants vie for the coveted best Apron award!
A live auction with professional services donated by Brennan Wallace of Wallace Auctions will round out the event with items ranging from weekend getaways to private dinners from some of your favorite North Market merchants. Tickets start at $75 for young professionals (21-35 years of age) and $100 for individuals. A limited number of VIP tickets are available for $125.
