Cincinnati International Wine Festival

The Cincinnati International Wine Festival is a charitable, non-profit organization founded in 1991 to promote the wine industry and raise funds for local charities.

The Festival is made up of four prominent events: the Winery Dinners, the Grand Tastings, the Charity Auction & Luncheon, and the Russ Wiles Memorial Golf Tournament. Through these events the Wine Festival has donated over $4.2 million dollars to local charities over the past twenty-four years.

Winery Dinners: March 5
Like cooking winemaking is an art, experience the finest of both in one special evening! Visiting wine personalities from around the globe team up with the area’s finest chefs in their restaurants and create incredible multi-course dining experiences. Meet these artists, learn the story of their wines, and experience the skillful harmony of fine wine and masterful cuisine.

Grand Tastings: March 6 and 7
More than 800 wines from over 100 wineries are available to sample, while guests enjoy delicious food and a silent auction. New, rare, and exciting wines from around the world are available for tasting. Whether you’re a seasoned expert or an intrigued beginner, winemakers and winery representatives welcome you as they mix useful knowledge with exquisite samples of their art.

Charity Auction and Luncheon: March 7
Enjoy a Silent and Live Auction with a phenomenal catalog of limited-release bottles, winemaker-signed large format bottles, rare wines coaxed from the cellars of notable Cincinnatians, chef’s table dining opportunities at exclusive Cincinnati homes, fantastic trips, wine cellar tours, and more. A gourmet luncheon with savory cuisine from the Hilton Netherland’s Chef Todd Kelly follows the Auction.
