
1-1/2 oz Tom’s Foolery Bonded Bourbon.
1 oz fresh grapefruit juice.
1/2 oz honey syrup (1 part honey, 1 part water)
Garnish: grapefruit wedge or twist.
Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge or twist. You can spice it up with Cleveland’s own Full Measure Bitters, or with different infused honey syrups (lavender, rose, thyme, cinnamon, clove).
