3 oranges
Peel of 1 lemon
1/3 cup honey
5 cloves
6 cardamom pods
2 cinnamon sticks
1 pinch grated nutmeg
Add juice and peel of one orange into a large pot. Add lemon peels, honey, cloves, cardamom pods, cinnamon sticks and nutmeg. Add 1 cup of wine into pot and boil down mixture 8-10 minutes to thicken into a syrup. Pour in the rest of the wine. Simmer to warm. Serve in a mug with wedged orange as garnish.
